WIKAVIS starts with a comprehensive analysis of the current situation—we examine existing business models, systems, and processes. Based on this, we develop a digital target vision with concrete use cases, process designs, and IT architecture plans, aligned with the strategic added value for your business.

Design & selection of the best employees and technology
This step involves designing the architecture, including make-or-buy decisions: whether in-house development or integration of third-party tools makes more sense is weighed up on a case-by-case basis. Close coordination takes place to determine which technology and toolset best serves your long-term goals.

Introduction to agile organization & development
WIKAVIS supports the introduction of scaled agile methods such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking. We establish cross-functional feature teams, promote DevOps culture, and design change management, including coaching, until it is firmly established in the company.

Implementation is carried out by end-to-end teams that develop and, optionally, operate the solution. We train these teams in this process. Founder | Managing Director
Consulting and software architecture for business IT processes, currently active in the aviation and automotive industries. Driven by a genuine engineering passion for elegant solutions for complex system landscapes – from strategic conception to technical implementation.
Studied mathematical engineering and later earned a doctorate at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. Initially involved as an officer in various defense segments, he then founded WIKAVIS with the aim of combining technological depth and strategic consulting in a practical manner.
Married and father to a wonderful daughter who proves to him every day that even the best project planning can fail in reality.
Former member of the exclusive “Club of the Thousand Pounders” – proof that even the most complex challenges can be broken down into smaller, manageable components. After work, strategically traveling in different worlds, preferably with a good Scotch or a craft beer within reach.
Fabian Witte
Founder | Managing Director
Fabian focuses on strategic and technological issues, such as migrating applications to the cloud. His expertise also covers organizational aspects such as collaboration between development and IT operations teams, agile development processes, and their successful implementation.
As a former officer, he brings structured thinking and leadership experience to the table, but combines these qualities with the agility and innovative spirit of the tech world. He knows how to translate complex technical challenges into clear strategies and support teams in implementing them successfully. His approach is pragmatic, solution-oriented, and always focused on sustainable business success.
In his free time, he is drawn to the mountains for hiking—nature offers him the perfect balance to the digital world. He maintains his physical fitness through Muay Thai, where he continues the discipline and focus from his time as an ex-officer in a different way.
